I am a big fan of Supernatural, and one of the biggest draws for me are the two main characters Sam & Dean Winchester, who frankly are one of the best duos in TV for me, however if I did have to pick a favourite it would be Dean, not only is he the braver and more heroic one but also he doesn't make nearly as many dumb decisions as Sam. Now don't get me wrong, I really like Sam, but i'm not gonna pretend like the guy hasn't made some stupid-ass decisions in his time that often have me yelling at the character. Let's take the season 4 finale for instance, Sam has a choice to make on who to trust; Dean, his brother who has saved his life countless times and always has his back and would be willing to do anything for him and has helped him save the world on several occassions. Or Ruby, a demon with a shady past and got Sam addicted to drugs and has been trying to put a wedge between the brothers...guess whose side he picked? And guess what happened? Ruby betrayed him! What a shock! A demon turned out to be a bad guy! Or how about in season 5 where they needed a way to send Satan back to hell and Sam came up with the brilliant idea of letting Lucifer take control of him and then Sam sacrificing himself and suicide bomb himself into hell, that was a smart idea! And they go along with it! And of course, it doesn't work! Because the devil is pretty damn powerful! You would have thought that someone who hunts demons for a living would know that! But know! Godammit Sam! Get your head in the game!-Danny
